Our team will choose the carrier which is most suitable for the job based on your details and special requests. Once a pickup schedule has been sent via email, we will send automatic update for each processes.
Our professional drivers will contact the clients before arriving at the designated spot, then the crew will examine the vehicle thoroughly. After the process is finished, the vehicle will be picked up and you will have to sign as proof of agreement and then our carrier will start heading to the destinations.
The driver will contact the provided PIC before arriving at the designated address. When carrier finally arrived at the address, vehicle is unloaded and final inspection is commenced to ensure the vehicle is in the same condition as when it was picked up. If there is a remaining balance due, then it should be paid to the driver in this time.
